1312 21 Chic Street (Again)1/5/2024 An apartment in the Fashion District that isn't cramped, doesn't have suspicious markings on the floor, and isn't constantly in need of repair? In this economy? Is it a dream? Is it just a rumor? Or is it another renovation of the small one-bedroom in Chic Street? This one-bedroom seems to be my favorite to remake. I'm re-doing some scenarios and moved Nova Curious into 1312 21 Chic Street. It's similar to my previous reno, but moves the location of the bathroom. I thought about making the bathroom just a 2x2 with only a shower, which would give the bedroom a little more space - then I would have either put the headboard up against the wall that's shared with with bathroom or against the wall that's shared with the outside hallway. Point is, you can easily make some changes if you wanted. The is an extremely girly apartment, I know. The rug doesn't necessarily match, but I wanted to connect some of the yellows that show up through the building. What's strange is that I, as a person, do not paricularly like pastels, pink, or green, but I absolutely cannot stay away from using this color scheme in my builds. I don't know if it's just a matter of pushing myself away from what I do prefer in real life (black and white, neutrals, and purple), or if it's just because it's a color combo that works so well in the game with so many items having pink and green items (like the curtains, the painting).
