Lightwing house5/20/2022 This townhouse sitting on the edge of campus was once a small cottage rumored to be the home of Felix Psyded, founder of the University of Britechester. The formerly sparse home has been updated multiple times through the years for student housing so that some could have a house away from home. This 30x20 lot received a major makeover recently as many more young people are attending university. Boasting three floors, Lightwing House serves up to twelve or twenty-four* students - giving plenty of opportunity to make new friends or even meet your future partner! The first floor of this off-campus house opens to a spacious foyer and hall, featuring roaring fireplace, then gives way to a full kitchen (I have a mod that allows stoves in university housing, so if you get an error, just replace the stove with another counter) and dining room, for the rare occasion you get to sit down with your house mates for a meal. There is a comfortable living room with a large television and seating area, that opens to a small patio with a grill. A small study with high-speed internet access finishes the common areas of this house, before reaching the two large bedrooms - a triple and a quad. On the second floor, we find a balcony designed with entertainment in mind, with a bar and tabletop games. Six bedrooms finish this floor - five doubles and two singles. The third and final floor is meant for seniors, graduate students, or couples who enroll together. Up here there are five mini-suites, each with a double bed and their own bathroom. Both the second and third floor have small foyers to ensure privacy between the bedroom and common areas. There are two versions of this house, one that has 12 beds and a gym, and one that has 24 beds, no gym. The reason for this is that I realized the game might not give you enough NPC students to fill all the beds. So rather than have a giant, empty house, the one with 12 beds might make more sense to use.
